What happens after my order is placed?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, delivery address, billing address and selected payment method. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
Can I cancel my order if it has not shipped yet?
Cancellation may be possible if your order has not yet been processed. Because orders are handled quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been submitted.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4-8 working days. In some cases, delivery may take 8-12 working days depending on stock availability and shipping conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order here: Track my order.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during checkout. Please make sure the delivery details are correct before completing your order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed, as orders are processed quickly.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I start a return?
To start a return, please contact customer support with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product if damaged
- First and last name
- Delivery address
Our support team will then provide the correct return instructions.
How long does a refund take?
After your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Will shipping costs be refunded?
If you return your full order, the product amount will be refunded. Return shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by law or agreed by customer support.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact customer support with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Within what period can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the item meets the return conditions.
